Guess what? Alexander Ludwig is about to be a dad again! Yep, the “Vikings” hunk and his wife, Lauren, are expecting baby number two. They’re over the moon, or as they put it, “We couldn’t be more excited.”
So, they dropped the news on Instagram with a cute pic. Lauren’s there, baby bump and all, and she’s like, “Ooooops.” They tagged it, “New baby Ludwig coming June 2024.” And get this, their first kid, Leni James, just popped into the world this April. She was in a bit of a hurry, arriving four weeks early.
Oh, and here’s a heart-tugger. Before Leni, they had a rough patch with three pregnancy losses. Last February, when they shared they were expecting, it was a big deal. They said it had been a tough journey but things were finally looking up.
Since Leni’s arrival, their Instagram’s been all about this adorable family life. From hiking to beach days, they’re all over it. In October, Alexander was all sentimental, posting black-and-white pics and gushing about his family. It’s pretty sweet, really.
A bit of a rewind – Alexander and Lauren made it Instagram official back in July 2020. Fast forward, and by November, they were engaged. Then, bam! They eloped in Utah come January 2021. Quick and romantic, right?
So, big congrats to Alexander and Lauren on baby number two. Here’s to the new addition and all the joy they bring!
