Congratulations are in order for WWE superstar, Alexa Bliss, and singer, Ryan Cabrera, who have just announced the birth of their first child together. The baby made their grand entrance on November 27th.
In a celebratory video that evoked the spirit of WWE, Cabrera, noted for his hit song “On The Way Down,” is seen walking down a hallway decked out in a “Girl Dad” hat and carrying a baby car seat, right into the nursery of their newborn. The big reveal of their baby was handled in typical wrestling style – with an announcement similar to how wrestlers are introduced in the ring. Cabrera is then seen gently lifting the baby, symbolically introducing her to the world. As a suggestive homage to their chosen name, the classic Jimi Hendrix track “Purple Haze” provides the soundtrack to this touching moment. Bliss and Cabrera, who declared in July they were expecting a girl, blessed their daughter with the distinctive name, Hendrix Rouge Cabrera.
In May, the singer of the popular song “True”, announced they were expecting their first child, right off the back of their first wedding anniversary. After a courtship lasting two years, the couple tied the knot in April 2022, exchanging vows in the picturesque setting of Kempa Villa, Palm Desert, California.
Emotions ran high in August, when Cabrera took to Instagram to share a loving birthday post for Bliss, expressing his deepest affection for “ma favorite hooman on this earth”.
Warm wishes go out to both Bliss and Cabrera at the birth of baby Hendrix. Here’s to the joy and love they’ll experience as first-time parents.
