The “Everytime” songstress has divulged a sensitive chapter of her life, which transpired during her liaison with Justin Timberlake, the famed ex-NSYNC member. The relationship that spanned between 1999 and 2002 witnessed the duo conceiving a child, however, the pregnancy was terminated.

The unexpected news was not a calamity for her, considering her affection for Justin and her dreams of starting a family with him. The popstar further confided in her memoir about her thoughts on the abortion, to be published by Gallery Books, a division of Simon & Schuster. Her take on the situation was remarkably different from Justin’s, as she was utterly against it. It remains one of the most heart-wrenching experiences she has ever gone through. Justin has remained mum on the matter in public space till now.
