Drew Scott, the beloved host of HGTV’s Property Brothers, is about to become a dad again! He and his wife, Linda Phan, have announced that baby number two is on the way. This exciting news comes less than two years after they welcomed their first child.
Drew used a charming photo to share the news. In it, Linda is glowing in a chambray dress, her baby bump on full display. Their firstborn, a son named Parker James, is reaching out to touch his mom’s belly. Drew’s caption was light-hearted, joking, “I hope Parker’s ready for a lil company.” The couple didn’t spill the beans on when the new baby is due.
The pair, who also host the At Home podcast, have been together for 13 years. They tied the knot in 2018. Interestingly, their son Parker was born on their fourth wedding anniversary, May 4th. Drew humorously commented on their podcast, “Parker decided to come very efficiently on our anniversary. He’s stealing the show. It’s no longer about you and me on our anniversary.”
Before Linda’s pregnancy, the couple had been open about their struggles with infertility. They underwent IUI and eventually IVF treatments, which led to Parker’s conception. When they announced their first pregnancy, they penned a heartfelt post acknowledging their journey and the community of others facing similar struggles.
Their post read, “It has been an adventure to get here! We know we’re not alone in this experience and that everyone’s is filled with unique challenges along the way.” They elaborated on their experience, expressing gratitude for their doctors, family, and friends. They hoped their story might provide comfort to others on a similar path.
