Emilie de Ravin, the actress popularly known for her role as Belle in the TV series Once Upon a Time, has become a mother for the third time. The birth announcement was shared by De Ravin and her partner, Eric Bilitch. In customary welcome, the baby was greeted, “Welcome to the world.”
The couple disclosed in April of this year that De Ravin was pregnant with her third child — a girl. On August 25th, their newest addition, a baby girl named Alice Enid, arrived. In a joined Instagram announcement, the couple expressed their delight and disbelief. Bilitch shared, “We are so in love with you and SO lucky to be your Mum and Dad.”
The former LOST actress has two other children with Bilitch, a daughter named Vera Audrey and a son named Theodore “Theo” Kubick. With Alice’s arrival, their family unit is now complete. For the proud parents, the joy and love couldn’t be more profound.
To mark World Breastfeeding Week, De Ravin posted a persuasive piece advocating the normalcy of breastfeeding, especially in public spaces. She urged for the end of judgement against breastfeeding mothers and called for respect and support for these strong women. She further tasked all to pay similar respect to mothers who opt to bottle feed their babies, for their personal reasons.
