Guess what? Gabourey Sidibe’s about to be a mom. Yep, the “Empire” star just dropped some big news on Instagram. She and her hubby, Brandon Frankel, got a double surprise. Twins!
In her post, Gabourey shared snaps of them getting ready with a Babylist registry. Her caption? Pure gold. “I’m pregnant! Time to teach our cats about responsibility, ’cause they’re each getting a baby!” Twin puns galore followed. “Double the babies, double the cats, double the fun!! Twin Delivery coming soon! Twinty Twinty Four!!” But, she kept the due date hush-hush.

A bit about how these lovebirds met. Gabourey and Brandon, an internet personality, swiped right into each other’s lives on a dating app. Fast forward to November 2020, they’re engaged. By December 2022, Gabourey spills on “Live with Kelly and Ryan” they’re actually married. Weddings? Not her thing. “I don’t like them,” she confessed. So, they did the deed at their kitchen table, just four months post-engagement.
Valentine’s Day this year was all about Brandon for Gabourey. On Instagram, she’s all hearts for her man. “Happy Valentine’s Day to the love of my life @brandontour!!!!” She’s all about the love, laughs, and TV cuddles. “You are my favorite,” she says, ready to face anything with him.
