The family of singer-songwriter Jessie James Decker and former football player Eric Decker is expanding once again! The couple revealed that they are anticipating the arrival of their fourth child.
Jessie, known for her hit song “I Still Love You”, used Instagram as her platform to break this delightful news. She posted a video where she blissfully observed the cityscape surrounded by palm trees, casually sporting her growing baby bump. With no explicit acknowledgment, she chose the understated caption “Good morning” stars to announce her pregnancy. The accompanying soundtrack of Mariah Carey’s “Always Be My Baby” subtly reinforced her joyous news. But she opted to keep the due date under the wraps for the time being.
The Decker couple is already parents to three adorable children; they have a daughter Vivianne Rose, aged 9, and two sons, Eric “Bubby” Jr, 8, and Forrest Bradley, 5. Eric, the ex-New England Patriots player, while he didn’t make a formal post regarding the imminent family expansion, recently shared a humor-filled ad promoting Ryan Reynold’s Aviation Gin on Father’s Day. The ad hinted possibilities of their family growth subtly wherein Jessie humorously suggested a vasectomy for Eric, a proposal mentioned in the ad as “something my husband still refuses to get.” Eric had good-humouredly replied that no future offspring would bear the name Ryan, hinting at a potential new addition.
Last year, the duo openly talked about their family planning perspective with PEOPLE, saying that they weren’t deliberately trying to conceive, yet they weren’t against it either. They ardently believed if a baby happened, it would be a blessing.
Join us in sending our heartfelt congratulations to Jessie and Eric on the announcement of their forthcoming bundle of joy!
