In a surprising revelation this September, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, famed for his role in Jersey Shore, and his wife Lauren announced they are about to become parents for the third time. The exciting news comes closely on the heels of the birth of their second child earlier in January.
The pair recently uncovered the gender of their latest addition. Through a modest social media post comprising a family picture, they disclosed they were awaiting a baby girl – evidenced by pink-hued baby footprints they added to the photo. Mike’s caption gushed, “SO EXCITED WE’RE HAVING A LITTLE GIRL !!!”. The duo is anticipating the arrival of their second daughter come March 2024.
Their family thus far includes a son and a daughter. Their first-born son, Romeo Reign, graced the world in May 2021, while their daughter Mia Bella Elizabeth followed in January 2023. The Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star originally crossed paths with Lauren in 2009, while both attended their local community college. Although they separated before Mike’s successful debut on the reality TV show, love eventually brought them back together. The couple formalized their relationship by tying the knot in November 2018 and are fresh from celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary. Lauren chose to celebrate the milestone by penning a heartfelt message that read, “Happy Anniversary my love ♥️ F I V E 🤍 I’ve known you for TWENTY years, FIVE married, TWO perfect babies & ONE on the way 🥰 I love our life and I love you forever.”
