Steph Curry, the Golden State Warriors’ star, is about to be a dad again! His wife, Ayesha, spilled the beans in Sweet July Magazine. They thought three kids were enough. But, as life would have it, they felt someone was still missing from their lively bunch.
Ayesha, who’s also the brains behind Sweet July, shared their story in the mag’s first digital release. “For ages, Stephen and I were set on not expanding our brood,” she said. They’ve got Riley, 11, Ryan, 8, and Canon, 5. Yet, last year, something shifted. “We just knew we had more love to give,” they realized.

Ayesha got real about the moment they decided to go for baby number four. “I’d pack the car, feeling like I left something behind. But it wasn’t a ‘something.’ It was a ‘someone.'” That feeling nudged them towards trying for another child. They knew this was it; their family needed one more member.
Their love story is one for the books, starting way back in 2002 at a church youth group in North Carolina. It wasn’t until 2008, in Los Angeles, that their paths crossed again. With Steph chasing his basketball dreams and Ayesha her acting, they rekindled their connection. Fast forward to 2010, they got engaged and married a year later in the very church they first met.
