So, after what felt like forever (okay, nearly two years to be exact), Nicky Hilton dropped a bit of a bombshell on us. She finally decided to spill the beans on her third baby’s name. Yeah, you heard that right. Nicky and her other half, James Rothschild, were over the moon back in July 2022. They had just welcomed a little boy into the world. But, for reasons known only to them, they kept his name under wraps.
In a chat that could only be described as exclusive with US Weekly, Nicky, who’s also juggling life as the French Sole designer, let slip that they’ve named the kiddo Chasen. Chasen, huh? It’s got that American vibe and means “hunter.” Nicky was like, “We’ve always been kinda fond of the name, and it’s not something you hear every day.”
Oh, and if you’re nosy like me, you probably stalked her Instagram for any clue.
Nicky and James, who’ve been hitched since that sunny day in July 2015, already have two daughters lighting up their lives. We’ve got Lily–Grace Victoria, who’s 7 and already ruling the roost, and Theodora “Teddy” Marilyn, just a year younger at 6. Nicky, who’s Conrad Hilton’s great-granddaughter (yeah, that Hilton), gushed about how Chasen is just the sweetest. His sisters? Totally smitten. No sibling rivalry here, folks. Just pure adoration. “They just dote over him,” she said. And it seems like they’ve got this family thing down to a T. Sure, the girls might squabble now and then, but it’s all love at the end of the day.
Now, onto Chasen. The little guy is already trying to chat up a storm. “He’s saying lots of words,” Nicky shared, though he’s not quite stringing those into sentences yet. And guess what? He’s gearing up for preschool this fall. Time flies, right? Nicky can’t wrap her head around it. As for his personality, it seems he’s taking after dad. “He’s very, very serious,” she said, and yeah, it’s as cute as it sounds.
