Oh boy, Lala Kent’s got some exciting news! Yep, the “Vanderpump Rules” star is about to be a mom again. She’s expecting baby number two. And guess what? She’s doing it solo this time. Lala’s always been pretty open about wanting more kids.
She recently posted this adorable black and white photo. It’s her first kiddo, Ocean, standing next to her growing bump. “Expanding my pod,” she captioned it. Ocean’s her little girl with her ex, Randall Emmett. They split back in October 2021, not too long after Ocean came into the world. Lala’s been vocal about giving Ocean a sibling. On her podcast, “Give Them Lala,” she spilled the beans in January. She’s convinced Ocean’s gonna be over the moon about a new baby. “We’re actually hauling ass full-steam ahead,” she said.

So, Lala opened up to Cosmopolitan about her journey. She’s going through intrauterine insemination (IUI) with a donor. She’s seen “cookie-cutter couples” do it, but she’s flying solo. Lala’s stance? Why wait for Mr. Right to start growing her family? She’s taking control, and it’s pretty empowering. “I will not gamble on me having my child,” she declared. She’s also tossing out some advice for women in similar boats. It’s 2024, after all. There are plenty of ways to have a baby without a man in the picture.
